Nothing is moving, and I don’t think it will change until this issue is resolved.’ Herb Lisjak, broker for Century 21 in Warrenton said, ‘I know ft’s a little scary for some people, but they haven’t placed a value on it yet. The line could come through my neighborhood, so I have an avid interest in it, but so far, I haven’t seen people adjust a price on a property. At this point, it’s still just a threat, but if it becomes real, I fully expect people to respond in a pricing fashion.’
