Systems Engineer
Become a member of the Help Desk Team in the Technology Services Division of the Department of Information Technology. Position requires excellent troubleshooting skills for PC' s and peripherals along with an in-depth know ledge of data communications. Must possess excellent written and \erba! communication skills as well as outstanding customer relations skills Job duties require troubleshooting computer issues over the telephone or with remote connection utilities. Job duties also require outstationed work when needed, logistical support, and maintenance of computer equipment inventory.
