On Friday, May 4, the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community will show the awardwinning movie, “The Last King of Scotland* at The Theatre in Washington, Virginia. The movie begins at 8 p.m.
In the tradition of Hitler, Stalin and Mao, Idi Amin was as charming, ruthless and murderous as any of them. Erecting a memorial to the 300,000 Ugandans who died under his rule would be reason enough to make this movie, but that is not the only or even the main motivation for the director.
