The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will decide Monday whether a lingering zoning violation on Seven Ponds Road in Amissville has gone on long enough.
B&S Site Development faces possible litigation from the county for operating a contractor's yard without a specialexception permit.
In December, the supervisors unanimously rejected B&S co-owner Michael L. Brown Jr.’s application for a special-exception permit to operate his contracting business in the residential area.
But County Administrator John McCarthy said residents on Seven Pbnds Road are still complaining about truck traffic and noise associated with the business on Brown’s property.
