Healing Energy Session
On Wednesday, May 16 at 7:15 p.m., a Stress Relief and Healing Energy Session will be held at Hearthstone School, 11576 Lee Highway in Sperryville, Virginia. Homa Technicians Abel Hernandez and Aleta Macan will explain and demonstrate Homa Therapy techniques which have been used successfully in hospitals, clinics, and by private physicians in Latin America, and by individuals around the world. May 16: In-orchard meeting
Rappahannock Extension Office invites each of you to attend an In-orchard meeting scheduled to be held at Williams Orchard, Tommy and Eddie Williams, Flint Hill at 11 a.m. for a tour of the orchard, followed by a discussion of current insect and disease control recommendations, and other orchard management practices. Williams Orchard is located in Flint Hill, Rt. 211 east to Ben Venue. At the crossroads, turn north on to Rt. 729 and go approximately 2 1/2 miles. Orchard is on the left. Call the Extension Office at 540-675-3619 to register for this program or for information. After the orchard tour you will have a bagged lunch, bring your own, drinks will be furnished by the t\pst orchardist. You will adjourn around 1 p.m.

Development in Virginia'’
There will be a “Sustainable Development in Virginia” presentation on Thursday May 17 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Expo Center. The presentation will feature the principals of planning that show the next step for Low Impact Development in Virginia.
