May 9: Free Concert
Frances Miller and Pritam Hari Singh are welcoming everyone to a free concert on Wednesday, May 9 at 7 p.m. in the Rappahannock Wellness Center. Sperryville is the last stop on their East Coast Tour. This acoustic duo’s music comes from a combined background of classical music, various fiddle traditions, jazz, rock, and kirtan (the sacred music of India). Their performance will include violin, guitar, the rare Swiss hang drum, udu drum, djembe and voice, combining technical skill and tradition with improvisation and musical story telling.
