Centered along Highway 522, Flint Hill is known by motorists for its reduced speed limit.

For a business entrepreneur, it is a quiet aesthetic place complete with historic buildings for their dream business location. As time goes by, however, tourists and locals alike will witness some changes within the village.

Four and Twenty

Blackbirds closes

Probably the greatest change within the town, is the loss of one of its fine restaurants, Four and Twenty Blackbirds.

Owners Vinnie Deluise and Heidi Morf announced in June that they were closing at the end of July.

For 17 years, the restaurant has welcomed a faithful local contingent as well as outside travelers as guests discovered an excellent offering of gourmet food and a pleasant dining atmosphere within its pastel colored building.
