CFC Farm & Home Center, known as the Rappahannock Co-op, located on 12645 Lee Hwy, Washington, is having their Sale-ABration on July 14. Special prices on lawn furniture, and on appliances. There will be door prizes and live music and livestock fencing demos., hot dogs, hamburgers and sodas and free snow cones for all the kids. Come and enjoy a day of fun and catch that sale price.
July 14: Car wash
The Rappahannock County Band Boosters will be hosting a car wash on Saturday, July 14, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at RCHS. Cars will be washed inside and out by band students for a donation. Kim Nelson of the Hair Gallery will also be on hand at this popular fund raiser to give $5 haircuts. All proceeds will go to benefit the RCHS band.

Grazing party
The Second Annual 'Cocktails and Grazing" party to support the Child Care & Learning Center's annual auction is July ,14 at "Thp ; > Meadows,” home of John and Beverly Sullivan, 260 Porter Street, Washington, VA. The evening begins at 7:00 p.m. and the price of admission is a significant and salable donation for the auction or a $100 donation. Crochet workshops
There will be leam-to-knit or crochet workshops on July 16,17,18,19 from 6-8 p.m. held at the Amissville United Methodist Church for anyone ages 7th grade-adult. All supplies provided. Come every night or to as many as you can. Knitting or crocheting is proven to relieve stress and lower blood pressure, plus you have something beautiful to show for your efforts.
