Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a pubfic hearing on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia in order to consider the following applications:

Wakefield District), desire a Special Use permit to operate a professional office with less than 3 employees. Dr. Liong wishes to operate her dental practice in their home. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36E of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards under Code Section 170-66E.

No applicant or other party in interest and no attorney for an appficant or party in interest shad initiate a contact with a member of the BZA for the purpose of conducting a private discussion, in person or by telephone, concerning the merits of any application, appeal, or other matter pending before the BZA. No member of the BZA shall participate in any such private discussion. Site visits or similar contacts initiated by BZA members shall not constitute such ex parte contacts. A copy of the foregoing applications are on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virgnra, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County PtanrangComnwssion at their regular meeting on Wednesday, •% 16, 2007at seventhirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
