ACCOUNT MANAGER
Mindwrap, a leading provider of crossplatform document management systems for Macintosh and Windows computers, seeks a talented account manager to work at our Flint Hill VA offices.
Responsibilities will include maintaining regular contact with existing users of our Optix systems to sell additional products, training, and services, as well a performing related business development activities. Will coordinate with our Customer Services department to produce upgrade specifications, implementation plans, and delivery schedules. Will work with our Marketing manager to assist in the creation of success stones, case studies, and news releases.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills and project a personable, professional attitude You should have the ability to quickly learn the benefits of our products in order to match them with client needs. Effective wnting and presentation skills will be needed to accomplish the goals for this position Two years of similar experience and knowledge of enterprise software products is highly desired.
