Rocio said he was surprised that it took only a few minutes to register.
“I thought it was going to take so much time, but it was really easy,” she said.
Now she will encourage her younger siblings, 11-yearold Diana and 9-year-old Nivardo Jr., to register to vote when they are old enough.
“My whole motivation is I think there are more people who are Hispanic who need to vote,” Rocio said.
