Believe it or not, the Panthers offensive line is even smaller this season. The Panthers - which gave away about 50 pounds per player on the offensive front last year - will average less than 190 pounds per player along the offensive line this season.

“The option is great for an undersized team like ours,” Williams said. “We don’t have to block the big guys in the middle if we do things right. We can use our speed on the edge, and let our smaller offensive line get out and block smaller linebackers and comers.”
One big challenge facing the Panthers will be replacing nearly their entire running game. Last year, the Panthers rushed for 1,197 yards in 10 games. The senior trio of Bobby Czekaj, Adam Gessner, and Erick Montague combined for 1,126 of those yards. That means that Rappahannock
