Washington artist Kevin Adams will be exhibiting a stunning collec" tion of recent paintings at R. H. Ballard Art, Rug & Home, in Washington, VA, from September 1 through the 23.
An opening reception for the artist will take place at the gallery from 4:30 - 7 p.m. on September 1. All are welcome.
An artist who has exhibited widely, Kevin Adams’ work hangs in embassies around the world. The U.S. State Department has twice commissioned significant collections of the artist’s work: For the 75th Anniversary of the Grand Canyon National Park and for the 85th Anniversary of Glacier National Park. Exhibitions of these series were held in Washington, D.C. at the Department of the Interior Museum. In 1989 Kevin was invited by the Soviet Union to accompany a traveling solo exhibition of his work throughout that country. The artist was also featured in the
