Domestic assault
Kerry Grigsby, of 562 Manassas St. in Front Royal, was arrested and charged with domestic assault on Aug. 21. An emergency protective order was also issued against him.
The 23-year-old is accused of assaulting the mother of his children. According to the sheriffs office report, Grigsby went over to the accuser's house on Nez Perce Way to pick up their children. She told the RCSO that when she tried to prevent Grigsby from entering the house, he threw her to the ground and also punched her in the face.
The report says the alleged victim had two black eyes and bruises on her arm when she went to the sheriffs office. She is eight months pregnant.
