Atkins
Mrs. Cora Frances Atkins, 73, of Amissville died January 20,1978 in Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. She was a native of Rappahannock, the daughter of the late Caroline Atkins and Jeremiah Atkins, and the wife of Levi J. Atkins, who survives.
Mrs. Atkins was born October 24,1904.
Also surviving are four sons, Levi Atkins Jr. and Jack J. Atkins, both of Amissville, Manuel Pullen of Front Royal and Leedy Pullen of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter, Joyce Ann Atkins of Lynchburg; ten grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
In addition are a sister, Mrs. Annie Cooke of Amissville; two brothers, Roadcap Atkins of Amissville and Jeremiah Atkins, Jr. of Culpeper.
A graveside service was held Monday at Washington Masonic Cemetery conducted by the Rev. J. S. Stirman.
Pallbearers were Stanish Riley, Graham Hackley, Elmer Atkins, Bradley Dodson, Kenneth Bywaters and Elmer Jenkins.
