Investigation Team. The team consists of a psychologist, a state policeman, a traffic engineer and a mechanic who works on a part-time basis. They investigate select traffic crashes that occur in Virginia. Each is specially trained to analyse all elements of a crash. They work together to do what one member of the team calls “an autopsy of a crash.”
