Hackley
Funeral services for Roger. Lee Hackley of Hume were held Sunday at the Roytton Funeral Home in Marshall, conducted by the Rev. George Baily, Burial was in the Mt. Morris Cemetery hi Hume.
Mr. Hackley, 79, died February 8, 1979 at his residence. He was born August 30, 1899 in Amissville, the son of the late William and Emaline Jones Hackley.
He is survived by his wife. Myrtle B. Hackley; two daughters, Shirley T. Hackley of Washington, D. C., and Peggy A. Baily of Bealeton; three sons, Willie Hackley, of Broad Run, Gene A. Hackley of The Plains and Roger L. Hackley Jr., of Camp Springs, Md.; a sister, Effie Bangerfield of Arlington, and a brother, John Hackley of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and six grandchildren.
