Court House
Jim Hobgood, assistant to Rep. J. Kenneth Robinson, will be at the courthouse in Washington on Wednesday, February 21, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Any area citizen with a problem of a federal nature or anyone who wishes to relay opinions on national legislative issues or discuss matters of concern is urged to meet with Hobgood.
Fire Association
The Rappahannock Fire and Rescue Association will hold its regular February meeting on Friday the 16th at the Chester Gap fire hall beginning at 7:30 p.m.
All interested persons are urged to attend.
Special Program
The Rev. Wesley Warren and his congregation of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Bethesda, Md. will be conducting a service at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Flint Hill on Friday, February 23, at 8 p.m.
Everyone is invited to attend the program, which will benefit the King and Queen Rally and is sponsored by Mrs. Rachael Aylor.
