Honeydew: pick when blossom end softens and white skin turns cream color.
Okra or Gumbo
Best quality when pods are 2-3” long. May have to harvest daily to get ideal quality size. Pick within a few days after flower petals have fallen, whether pods are to be used or not. If pods are allowed to ripen, the plant ceases to produce.
