Vandalism? No way. I play there often and I would know if someone did much of anything like that. Littering? Not even close to what is normally there anyway, which isn't much, so that’s out also. The people who play there are not ignorant; in many respects they are very selfregulatory; if one or more persons saw another set of persons doing something damagingly wrong, they would frown upon it to the extent of the action being stopped.
We like to play there. I know exactly what goes on and I have never seen anything happen that doesn’t occur in the typical Rappahannock citizen’s front yard, except maybe playing basketball. It does not attract hordes of vicious evil-doers, just people who like to play and watch basketball. People do not race their cars; there isn’t enough gas or room. There are no residuals of terrible teenage drunks and addicts laying all over the court, it would surely get in our way.
