Rappahannock Woman’s Club selected Carol Atkins of Flint Hill as the deserving student to present a $200 scholarship. Carol is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Atkins, Jr. and is enrolled in Longwood College for the fall semester.
Penny Chadwell received the Board of Education Award from Lord Fairfax Community College, Middletown which is a year’s tuition to the school. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence G. Chadwell of Huntly.
