In a tie vote taken at a special November 28 meeting, the Rappahannock planners sent the rezoning request from the Culpeper Farmers Cooperative on to the supervisors with no recommendation for either approval or disapproval.
At an earlier public hearing, the planners tabled the co-op’s rezoning application for 9.66 acres behind the business’ new location on Route 211.
