David M. Flach of 8707 E. Quarry Rd., Manassas, Va. 22116 has applied for a Variance in accordance wifh Article 16, Section 2-2 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The above named applicant desires to obtain a variance from the provisions of Article 9, Section 7 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, so that he can rennovate and-or enlarge an existing dwelling and install a septic system servicing said existing dwelling on his property, located in StonewallHawthorne Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on December 20, 1979 in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.

Christmas Sale

Boy Scout Troop 123 of Washington will have their annual Christmas sale on Saturday, December 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, December 16 from 1 to 4 p.m.. The following weekend, Saturday and Sunday, December 22 and 23 the sales will continue at the same respective hours.

The sales headquarters will be the parking lot at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington and they will be selling Christmas trees, wreaths and baked goods.
