More specifically, households whose income^ is below 125 per cent of the poverty level and households whose head-of-household. receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI) will be eligible for assistance. Qualifying households may receive up to $200 4n fuel assistance during tlw four month period. The actual payment will depend on the circumstances of the family. Individual payments will be the amount required to pay an energy bill, obtain a needed delivery of fuel, or provide a thirty day supply of fuel.
Application for benefits under the program will be made through the Rappahannock Welfare office in Washington.
