Parkway Gift Shop Located west of Sperryville on Route 211, Parkway has a collection of planters and pots rivaled only by the stock at the Emporium. Rex Miller and Mike Sacco don't carry antiques but they do offer a line of early American stylg furniture.
Shelves at Parkway hold every size imaginable in “Virginia is for Lovers” teeshirts. The shop sells ceramic cardinals, the state bird of Virginia, and countless other souvenirs of the Old Dominion. From jewelry to lamps, copperware to dolls, Parkway offers a variety of gift ideas.
For the Christmas sweet tooth, glass cases hold pounds and pounds of fudge, nut candy and caramels. For folks who want to decorate their homes for the holidays with Santa Claused, Parkway has the jolly old man in the red suit and Mrs. Claus in several different poses.
Parkway is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 .m. to 8 p.m. on weekends.
Country Manor
Further up Route 211 towards Shenandoah National Park is Country Manor Gift Shop, thehome of the legendary Blue Ridge Mountain Trolls.
Trolls can be caught with two hickory sticks and a burlap bag by anyone able to sneak up on the creatures
