Action by the Rappahannock school board last week to add $44,070 to the proposed 1980-81 school budget will not bring per pupil expenditures up to the minimum set by the state, according to superintendent William Bloomer.
At an April 8 meeting, board members Robert Eastham, Allen Stokes and Walter Masterson approved an allocation of $44,070 for a double modular unit to house two learning disabled and two mentally retarded classes at the elementary school.

Tomorrow night at Rappahannock County High School, Don Bomberger will present the musical, “Hello, Dolly!” This Broadway classic has endeared audiences everywhere and is sure to do the same here as it runs for two consecutive nights, April 18 and 19, at the local high school auditorium. Tickets go on sale at the door at 7:30 p m. and the curtain goes up at 8 p.m.
