Amissville Fire Department has planned an auction on Saturday, April 26 and requested donations of articles for the sale. Items for the auction have been slow coming in, so a second request is being made by the fire company members.
If you have saleable articles which you would like to contribute you may call 9374464; 937-5282 or 937-5205. The recent fire and consequent damage with current operating expenses makes fund raising events mandatory. The cooperation of the area is urged.
