Latham PAUL POLING of Amissville was recognized recently by the Rappahannock-Rapidan Emergency Medical Services Council as the person who has done the most during the year to further the concept of these services on a local, regional, state and national level. He is a member of the EMS board of directors, and has just been reelected treasurer. He is the area representative to the Virginia Federation of EMS Councils board of directors and treasurer of the federation. Poling is also chairman of the Virginia State Fire Service Council and is on the Virginia EMS Advisory Council.
