Robinson, dated August 16, 1979, and recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County in the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office in Deed Book 131 at page 670, the undersigned trustee will offer for sale at public auction, the following tract or parcel of land, on Friday, August 29, at 11:00 a.m. in front of the County Courthouse in Washirigton, Virginia: All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 5.3845 acres situate off Route 663 in Wakefield District, near Shenandoah National Park, Rappahannock County, Virginia, improved by dwelling house thereon. And being the same property conveyed to Timothy Dean Robinson by Timothy Dean Robinson and Justine M. Robinson, husband and wife, by deed dated August 16, 1979, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in Deed Book 133 at page 667.
