4-H— There is still room for children at Powell’s Fort overnight camp. The camp for children ages 9 through 14 years will be held the week of August 10 through 14. Anyone interested please call the Extension Office.
For those of you who have pre-registered, the balance of your money is due in the Extension Office by July 1. Please make checks payable to the Rappahannock Co. 4H Fund.

Visiting Mrs. M. H. Brady for a few days this week was Mrs. Ernest Crane of Lanham, Md.
Monday night dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huff were Mr. and Mrs. Rick Kinsey, Keith and Kevin of Front Royal. John Lillard of Los Angeles, Cal. was a caller of the Huffs one day last •week.
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Spence and Sarah of Harrisonburg were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Lee. Their guests for dinner Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Grove of Front Royal.
Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard were visitors last Saturday and Sunday of Miss Mazie Montgomery in Manassas.
Thursday night visitors of Mrs. Wade Pullen were Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Butler and sons of Front Royal.

Club Plans
The Rappahannock Livestock Club held its monthly meeting June IS at the Extension office in Washington. Plans for July 4th activities scheduled were discussed, inluding the sale of hotdogs and snow cones during the .town of Washington’s celebration Saturday. Valuable livestock prizes will be given away. Gub members are asked to meet Friday, July 3, at the Extension office from 1 to 2 p.m. to make preparations for Saturday. These members are requested to be at the Extension office between 8:30 and 9 a.m. the morning of July 4th.
