The Rappahannock Board of Supervisors met for almost an hour in executive session on Monday and then came back into open meeting to deal with minor routine matters.
Chairman E. P. Luke, conducting his last meeting before his retirement from the board July 1, said She i closed session was for personnel and contract matters. Earlier, the supervisors announced that the special meeting was being called to discuss vacancies created by the recent resignations of Water and Sewer Authority chairman Maury Biddle, WSA member Granville Eastham, zoning administrator Evan McNear, and zoning secretary and clerk to the Board of Zoning Appeals Patty Alexander.
