The fourth incidence of rabies in the past two months has prompted the Rappahannock Health Department to schedule a mass immunization clinic for cats and dogs on July 7 at the new Washington fire station, located east of town.
Warrenton veterinarian Dr. M. C. Rawnsley will immunize cats from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and dogs from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be a charge of $4 per animal and a certificate of rabies immunization will be issued.
