This clinic will concentrate on preparing members for the up-coming 4-H District Show at Showday Farm on July 18. Each day of the clinic will begin with an intensive riding period followed by a lecturedemonstration concerned with the whys and wherefores of showing.
After lunch, the on-horse session will be devoted to a more relaxed form of riding, including game playing.
The fee will be $20 per day and it is not mandatory to attend all three, although the clinic will be progressive. A very limited number of horses are available to non-owners on a first come—first serve basis.
In Concert
Rosalee Smith will be in local concert at the Hopewell Baptist Church in Sperryville on Sunday, July 5, at 3 p.m. The program is sponsored by Harriett Lewis and the public is invited to attend.
