"At a time when kids are saying what’s in it for me, these students are saying 'What’s in it for others?’ ” noted the senior class sponsor in presenting the 1982 senior scholarship award from the senior class to Sheila Scott.

At Hope Hill
The Sonrises from Briarcliff Manor, N. Y. will present a concert at Hope Hill Baptist Church near Castleton on Thursday, June 24, at 7:30 p.m. The members of Sonrise are students from The King’s College in New York'. A singing gospel team of three women and four men, they accompany themselves on the piano, rhodes, accordion, flute and guitar, as well as with soundtrack tapes. The concert is open to the public.
