Gordon 1 hornhill, Mrs. Joel Daczewitz and Mrs. Clifton Clark of the Woodville Homemakers club met with the Amissville club on Monday evening. Jello salads and other desserts were discussed.
Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Johnson attended the yearly AAA Athletic Banquet held at the Fairfax Country Club Saturday evening.

Mrs. Hilda Howell, Mrs. Kay Brickhouse and Mrs. Elizabeth Morris, all of Norfolk.
Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke entertained Friday evening in celebration of Mrs. Maggie Grigsby’s eighty-second birthday. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Grigsbv and son of Luray, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Grigsby, Mrs. Girtha Grigsby and Mrs. Edna Woodward, Tabby Sue, John and Jeffery, all of Castleton, Mrs. Mary McGee and Beth of Amissville, Charlie Grigsby of Sperryville, K. P. Grigsby and Paul John Benevento.
