Virginia plans to celebrate the arrival of summer with a walk-through tour of the Museum’s giant analemmic sundial marked on the parking lot and a sundialmaking activity in the exhibit areas.
The Science Museum, at 2500 West Broad Street, Richmond, is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Admission is $1.50 for adults, $1 for senior citizens and those six through 17, while Museum members and children under six who are part of a family group are admitted without charge. There is a $5 maximum fee for a family. Parking is free.
