NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. at the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia on Thursday, July 1, 1982 to consider the following applications:
(1) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO. 168A: Roger Ashby has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 12A-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to temporarily reside in a mobile home during the construction of a new residence on Route 730 near Amissville, Virginia.
(2) VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 169: David H. Farrar has applied for a variance from the side yard requirements of Section 2-5 1 (1). The applicant wishes to construct a single family dwelling on a nonconforming lot which was in existence prior to the enactment of the Ordinance and which is located on the south side of State Secondary Route 626 west of the Town of Washington.
(3) • VARIANCE AP PLICATION NO. 170: Mr. and Mrs. Ronald I. Shultz have applied for a variance from Section 2-6 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973. The applicants wish to construct an accessory building less than twenty-five feet (25') from the property line, on State Route 707 near Slate Mills, Va.
The above name applicants and any other interested, parties wishing to be heapd are requested to be present at the said time and place. Copies of the above referenced applications are on file at the Zoning office. ,
