Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Payne were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jenkins, T. J. and Kim of Culpeper. Miss Gladys Payne spent last week in the Luther Payne home.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Alther and family of Sperryville were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Gabe Burke and they spent the afternoon in Front Royal.

On Friday John Norman accompanied a group of students from Piedmont Technical Education Center in Culpeper to Washington, D. C.

Mrs. George Butler and Fred Butler of Boston were Monday guests of J. Stant Weaver. Saturday callers were Mark Peneranda of Fairfax and Karen Crook of Springfield. Bill Duncan of Front Royal visited Sunday.

Ms. Ann Eastham, Edie and Richie accompanied by Anri McKinsey of Boston and Paul Cooper of Castleton attended the annual PepsiCola picnic held at Graves Mountain Lodge, Syria Saturday.

Visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Clark, Stacey and Amanda Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Flemming of Davidsonville, Md., Mrs. Alice Beahm and Ellen Pullen. Th'’ Flemmings and Miss Pullen were Saturday overnight guests of Mrs. Beahm.
