Robert Van Nostrand of Arlington called on Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Johnson during the weekend.

William Duncan of Front Royal spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan.

Mrs. Paul Butler. Mrs. William Gibbs and Mrs. George Butler attended the piano recital given by Miss Evelyn Guinn's class in Culpeper Sunday afternoon. Natalie Butler is a member of the class.

Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill and Melanie, Mr. and Mrs. Winfrey Thornhill of Nokesville, Mrs. Harry Morrison of Winchester, Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Thornhill of Bumpass and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thornhill of Vienna attended the graduation of Miss Cindy Thornhill at VPI, Blacksburg on Saturday and later the group were supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Mrs. Morrison remained overnight with her parents and Mrs. Mamie Hawkins is spending several days w ith the Thornhills.

Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Chapin and Joey in Front Royal.

Wayne Jenkins of Culpeper is spending this week w ith his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Jenkins.

Miss Melanie Thornhill of Charlottesville spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill.
