On Thursday, the panel interrogated Jack Dwyer (neighboring landowner to Points of View Farm where Spellman was farm manager), Col. Maurice Biddle (Flint Hill attorney), Patricia Saltonstall (owner of Points of View Farm), Roger E. Kidwell. Sr. (owner of the property on which Spellman was shot while reportedly attempting to widen a disputed right-of-way) and Virginia State Trooper R. A. Baines (who arrived at the scene with other law enforcement officials just minutes after the shooting occurred).
