(2) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 189: Thomas J. Welsh, Bishop of Arlington, has applied for a Special Use Permit to operate a retreat center for groups of up to eight families and other groups not exceeding sixty (60) persons, not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) persons at any given time, upon its property in Wakefield Magisterial District on the north side of State Route 662 approximately three (3) miles north of Flint Hill, pursuant to Section 2-1-2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973.

(3) VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 190: Elmer Atkins of Sperryville, Virginia has applied for a variance from the setback requirements of Section 2-6 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, in order to add a storage building and cold storage facility approximate!) twenty by sixty feet onto the existing building located in Piedmont Magisterial District.

Copies of the foregoing applications are available for public inspection at the Zoning Administrator's Office, which is open Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 to 4:30. The applicants and all interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings or to submit their written comments on the applications to the Zoning Administrator prior to the meeting.
