All the following described tract or parcel of land, together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being about one-half mile west of Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described as follows, to-wit: "Beginning at A. in plat, an iron bar driven in fence line on the west side of a 20 foot roadway leading to State Highway No. 211, a corner to the remainder of the Ingham Est., thence with the west side of the roadway South 6 degrees 45' East 2.02 Chains, equals 133.32 feet to B. in plat, a stake and iron pipe drive, corner to Lewis Butler; thence with his South 83 degrees 15' West 2.215 Chains equals 148.19 feet to C. in plat, an iron pipe driven and stone pile, a corner to Lewis Butler and Ruth Butler thence with her line, S 88 degrees 45' West 1.68 Chains, equals 110.88 feet to D. in plat, an iron pipe driven and stone pile, in Howard Butler's line, thence with said Howard Butler's line North 1 degree 45' Wpst 1.61 Chains, equals 106.26 feet to E. in plat, a stake and stone pile a corner to said Butler, and the remainder of the Ingham Est. thence with the said Est., North 78 degrees 15' East 3.78 Chains, equals 249.5 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.707 of an acre."
