All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in WAKEFIELD MAG I S - TERIAL DISTRICT of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Chester Gap Road, marked by a culvert, a corner to George H. Williams, et ux, thence in a northerly direction of one hundred forty-five (145) feet to a maple tree, a corner to Stanley Williams, thence in a northerly direction a distance of eighty-two (82) feet with the line of Stanley Williams to a rock thence in a westerly direction a distance of one hundred twenty-five (125) feet to a big rock, thence in a southerly direction a distance of ninety (90) feet to a gate post on the Chester Gap Road, thence with the Chester Gap Road in an easterly direction a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165) feet to the noint of BEGINNING, and jeing the same or identical -eal estate which was conveyed to Willie G. Williams and Audrey E. Williams, his wife, as Joint Tenants with the right of survivorship by deed dated May 12, 1959 from John D. Williams, et ux, and of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 70 at Page 93, the said Willie G. Williams having died intestate whereupon the fee simple title became vested in the said Audrey E. Williams.
