Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Joseph Erwin Lesh to James W Fletcher, Trustee, dated and recorded Octobe- 11. 1979, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Deed Book 133, at page 504, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of the debt thereby secured, and being requested by the holder so to do, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, December 10. 1982, at 10:00 A M. (EST), the following property, to-wit:

Beginning at A on the plat, a point at the center of Rt 627 in line with a fence on the west side, a corner with Papalialies, thence with the center of the road S 021 E 78.72' to B. the intersection of Rt 627 and Rt. 633; thence continuing with the center of the road S 78-44 W 140.85; N 72-11 W 202.59;. S 89-03 W 228.60', S 63-12 W 368.91', S 30-24 W 200.55', S 12-56 W 313 45'. S 2003 W 194.80', S 44-51 W 192.60'; thence leaving the road, S 37-34 W 89.23' to C, an iron pin at a fence corner, thence with a fence S 32-22 W 173.72', to D, an iron pin at a fence corner, corner with Neslen; thence with that tract, old fence lines, N 23-04-42 W 344.86; to a marked maple, N 55-52-15 W 527.12' to E, an iron pin at a fence corner, corner with Neslen in the Ward line; thence with Ward S 89-04-09 E 302.30' to a set stone; N 79-06-18 E to F, a marked hickory in a fence line; thence continuing with Ward N 14-51-59 W 957.51' to G, a marked red oak at a fence corner, corner with Ward and Updike; thence with the latter, a fence line N 68-37-10 E 251.97', to a post. N 86-17-11 E 143.08' to an iron pin, S 68-36-27 E 80.00' to a post, S 61-14-15 E 150 52' to an iron pin, S 73-42-19E 425.51' to a corner post at H, corner with Updike and Papalialies; thence with the latter, a fence, S 73-30-12E 775.67’ to the beginning. This tract contains 26.124 acres.”

The real estate herein described is the same which was conveyed to Joseph Erwin Lesh by deed dated July 30, 1979, and recorded October 11, 1979, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 133, at page 501. See Rappahannock County Tax Map, Section 30-5
