Congratulations to Earl F. Aylor on his recent retirement as contract administrator for the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier were in Charlottesville Tuesday to be near Mrs. Frazier's mother. Mrs. Eunice Meade, who underwent eye surgery at University Hospital.
