IN CHANCERY NO. 3134 ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of separation for more than one (1) year under the provision of Section 20 91 (9) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

It appearing from the Affidavit that the Defendant's residence is unknown, and that Complainant has attempted with due diligence to ascertain where Defendant is now residing, it is ordered that the Defendant appear before this Court within fifty (50) days after due publication of this notice (on or before December 29, 1982) and protect her interest herein.

It is further directed that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four weeks in the Rappahannock News.
