Mrs. F. D. Coffey Jr. and her mother, Mrs. Robert Nethers of Flint Hill with Bud Corder of Front Royal recently spent a week with Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Dennis in Jackson, S. C. Mrs. Nethers remained for an extended visit.
Mrs. T. M. Johnston spent several days last week with her grandsons, Brad and Morgan Reams in Winchester while their parents were away.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Sheppard, Mrs. Geraldine Payne and sons recently attended funeral services for Mrs. Sheppard’s brother-inlaw, James Chesgren in Gambrills, Maryland.
Arthur McLean of Greenville, Tenn. spent last week with his cousins, Mrs. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Roy Swindler. Along with Mrs. Randolph Devers they were guests Wednesday of Mrs. Mary Swann in Baileys Crossroads and Mrs. Lorraine Thompson in Springfield. Sunday dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Aylor of Aylor. Mr. and Mrs. A. Lee Swindler Jr. of Hanover, Pa., Mike Swindler of Wilmington Law School, Wilmington, Del. and Barbara Dawn Swindler of Central Penn. Business School, Summervale, Pa. arrived Tuesday to spend Thanksgiving holiday with Mrs. Lee Swindler.
