The SPECTRA School, Inc., a Virginia non-profit corporation organized under the provisions of the subject to the provisions of the Virginia Non-Stock Corporation Act (Chapter 2 of Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended), is a professional training school of architecture. It is located on Route 522 in Flint Hill, Va., 22627. Student enrollment is currently limited to fifty (50). The school admits students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions, policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs. This notice is being given in compliance with the provisions of Interrial Revenue Service revenue procedure 75-50, which requires tax-exempt schools to make known to all segments of the general community served by the school its racially nondiscriminatory policy with regard to the admission of students.
