2 cups unbleached allpurpose flour
Vi teaspoon salt
l'/« cups cold unsalted sweet butter
'A cup cold water
2 ounces finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 ounces finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Paprika
1. Mix flour and salt in large bowl. Cut 6 tablespoons of the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pour water into center of flour mixture. Gradually mix Hour into water with fork until dough holds together. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until soft and smooth about 1 minutes. Refrigerate wrapped in plastic wrap 30 minutes to 1 hour.
