Last week the Rappahannock New* published an advertisement that I had Christmas trees for sale at $3 per aquare foot. Having had several calls, and catcalls, on the subject, I believe it only fair that the matter be explained.
The unimaginative, and certainly ungentlemanly, solution would be to accuse the newspaper of making an error. So. after some consideration, the following is my explanation.
